When you answer a query, you can also add your own reference files. Here’s how:
1. Select a query from the queries list.
2. Scroll down to Reference files, and add your file via the file module.
You can upload either of the following file formats:
.jpeg,.png, .xls, .xlsx, .pdf, .doc, .gif, .mp4
💭 You can upload several files, no matter the size. However, we recommend uploading a smaller file size if possible.
