We have implemented a 2-tier approval process, meaning that the project manager have to approve any query going to the game developer/publisher. This means that some queries might not appear on your interface.
These are the three stages that would be available to you:
- Client Answer Pending: the query is waiting for your answer.
- Answered: the project manager are to review and approve your answer before sending them to the linguists.
- Completed: the query has been completed.
