The Queries list

On the queries list, you can view queries sorted by newest to oldest (1) and view the most important query information at a glance.

You can also filter by status (2) or make a specific search (3). You also have the option to export (4) queries in case you want to answer them offline or send them to your client, and to import them with one click (5).

To facilitate actions from the queries list, you can approve all your client answers or just the selected (6), edit the statuses from the table (7), sort questions and answers by date (8), sort queries by queries with files (9), and expand cells to see the whole content (10).

You can also organize your queries into custom Views (11) — click Add New View to create a view and filter queries by team, language, or any criteria that matters to your workflow.

To customize your table layout, drag any column resize handle (12) to adjust its width, or click Reset Column Widths (14) to restore defaults. Use the Customize Columns button (13) to show or hide standard columns or to add your own custom ones.

The Customize Columns modal is divided into two sections. Under Custom Columns, you can create new columns tailored to your workflow by defining a name, type (text, number, select, or boolean), and optionally a display label, default value, and description — columns can also be marked as required. Under Standard Columns, you can toggle the visibility of any built-in column such as External ID, Languages, File Name, or Assignee, keeping the table focused on what matters most to your team.
